Symbolic, Perhaps?
I've been moving, so things were haphazardly packed and unpacked. Needed my copy of the Constitution today, and found it where I put it, underneath a dresser with misc stuff on it. I thought that the symbolism was kind of legit. Bent nails, a pencil sharpener, and a battery. 😅😆👍👍 Let's get to work! (Doing a Law Refresher this week.)
Unprotected Speech
What has me thinking is the “Fighting Words” category. I believe that I met people who have made a study of inciting people, legit, and I would definitely like to argue that it is not protected by Freedom of Speech and is, in fact, criminal— Harrassment at the very least, plus Slander if not Libel. Hmmm… Just a timely reminder.
