Unprotected Speech

What has me thinking is the “Fighting Words” category. I believe that I met people who have made a study of inciting people, legit, and I would definitely like to argue that it is not protected by Freedom of Speech and is, in fact, criminal— Harrassment at the very least, plus Slander if not Libel. Hmmm… Just a timely reminder.
